Sony just unveiled its new motion controller called PlayStation Move. I have just a few things to say about this decision by Sony. I for one probably will not purchase Move for many reasons. I like holding the controller, relaxing and playing top-notch exclusive PlayStation games and that’s it. I don’t want to wave my hands and whatever. However, a game that I love that could have some benefit to this is Heavy Rain. The game now using the dualshock3 is perfect control-wise but take a second and ask, could it be better with motion control? The thing that makes me like the Move is that people eat up this motion stuff. More power to Sony for grabbing their market share. More money for them to make me more exclusive games. Kids asking their parents to buy this and a boatload of games is perfect for me when Sony is sitting pretty at number one someday and I have every exclusive I ever wanted. Right now every exclusive I have is the best damn game I could have asked for. Then Sony goes and makes a sequel that is way super more awesome (uncharted 2). Then we get these masterpiece experiences like Heavy Rain that no company would dream of making because it’s not a shooter. The PlayStation 3 is worth every penny for so many reasons. Bring on the Move and I’ll buy the Last Guardian.
